Mr. Clay Durbin has twenty-five years of experience overseeing public safety communications management. He recently resigned his position as the Emergency Services Communications Manager for the City of Fresno, a position he has held since 1992.

Prior to his position with the City of Fresno, Clay served as the Communications Director for Williamette Valley Communications Center in Salem, Oregon, Director of the Bureau of Emergency Services in Portland, Oregon, Deputy Chief of Public Safety in Eugene, Oregon, and Director of Communications for Bellingham, Washington.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington.

Mr. Durbin makes his home in Riverside with his wife of seven years, Mary Crisucci, who works for the University of California at Riverside. In his free time, Clay and wife Mary enjoy travelling and going fishing.
